Our Journey

After obtaining his pharmacist degree, Alex started his career in Organon, Technika. This was followed by positions in Organon and MSD.

Being able to understand the science, having built on his manager skills and relying on his extensive RA experience, Alex became very well prepared to take the step towards founding his own consultancy.

Zwiers Regulatory Consultancy was founded in August 2011. Our roots are in former N.V. Organon, our presence is in Oss, the hotspot in the Netherlands for innovative pharmaceutical companies.Though young and dynamic, the consultancy embodies decades and decades of pharmaceutical industry experience.

Zwiers not only attracts new RA consultants with diverse backgrounds, but also extends its services to include Pharmacovigilance and Medical Devices

In April of 2021 we were finally able to expand our team and improve accessibility by moving to new, larger premises close to the central train station in Oss.

Shortly after the move to larger premises Alex was able to achieve another long term goal: opening a second office  at the HID campus in Amsterdam. This allows flexibility for co-workers who live close to Amsterdam to work and collaborate and is coveniently close to the EMA headquarters.

2021 was a very special year: not only did we move and expand our premises but we also celebrated 10 years of Zwiers with a great party for all those who helped us to get to where we are today!

Zwiers was delighted to announce the partnership with ProductLifeGroup as it enables us to offer an even more complete package of high quality services. With Zwiers, ProductLifeGroup will be able to expand global coverage, reinforce developmental support and scale up EU services.
